On October 26 of this year, a meeting with representatives of the State Revenue Department "Seaport Aktau" took place on the territory of the SEZ "Seaport Aktau". During the meeting, an employee of the Department Kosakpaeva A.A. brought information about the results of activities for 9 months of this year, having carried out information and explanatory work on the norms of the current tax legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan. In turn, Deputy Chairman of the Board of JSC "SEZ "Seaport Aktau" B.M. Kenbeilov expressed gratitude for the effective interaction with the management company and the participants of the SEZ, noting the importance of holding such meetings. Following the meeting, the parties agreed to conduct explanatory work on an ongoing basis with the invitation of representatives of companies located on the territory of the FEZ.

According to the current legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, FEZ participants are registered as a taxpayer at their location in the tax authority on the territory of the FEZ.
